Chest
For your chest size, place tape measure loosely under the arms (over the shoulder blades) around the fullest part of the chest. For knitwear the measurement is across the front only. All measurements in inches.Waist
Measure around the natural waist keeping the tape measure slightly loose.Sleeve Length
Measure a shirt or jacket that fits you well as follows: Lay the shirt or jacket flat. Measure from the centre of the back (not the shoulder), just below the collar, to the point of the shoulder, then down to the tip of the cuff.Inside Leg
Find a pair of well fitting trousers. Place on a flat surface and measure from where the seams meet at the crotch to the bottom of the trouser.Head
Measure the circumference of the head at a point 1cm above the ear.KNITWEAR
